Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 36 months for business purposes and then securely deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months within Google Analytics, in line with our GA4 settings.

- Rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data.
